RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are really happy with your purchase but we understand that sometimes you need to return or exchange items and we want to make that as easy as possible for you.

You can return items which have their original labels and are in perfect condition by post.

To organise your return by post, please contact us using the contact form or by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you are returning.

  • Returns should be sent back in the original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns which are damaged, soiled or without original labels may not be accepted for exchange or refund.
  • Items which have a genuine manufacturing fault may be exchanged or refunded with proof of purchase.
  • Returns will be credited back to the original payment method. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs.
  • As postal returns are your responsibility, we recommend you use recorded delivery or another reliable tracking method and keep your certificate of posting.
