Placing an order

By placing an order with us you agree to accept these terms. If you are unhappy or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us before placing an order.

By placing an order through this website you are making an offer to Pop & Moo to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described. Once your order is placed we will send you confirmation of receipt of that order and once accepted, processed and despatched, this constitutes a contract between you and Pop & Moo. Payment will be taken at the point of ordering and goods despatched as soon as possible thereafter within 48 hours.

Pop & Moo reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason.

Payment for goods plus VAT and delivery charges must be paid in full prior to dispatch of orders.

Pop & Moo reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time. We shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any items from the website or for refusing to process an order.


A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate as indicated in the shipping information on the SHOP page of the website.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated and may be subject to change. Pop & Moo cannot accept liability for any loss or damage(whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any other time than the estimated delivery date.

Conformity of goods

We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are accurate, however these are not intended to be binding, but to give a general overview of the products. Colour and detail visual reproduction are as close a representation of the true item as possible but we cannot accept any responsibility for variations caused by browser software or computer systems used to view the products.

Stock availability

We endeavour to display all items currently available on our website and to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is active. Occasionally an item will be out of stock and in this case you will be unable to add it to your cart.

Your right to cancel

You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods and the delivery charges. We will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or (b) if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. You will then need to return the item(s) either to our store or by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. Please see the Returns Policy for information on how to cancel your order after receipt of your products.


If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy applies in addition to your legal right to cancel above and does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or wrongly described products.
If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase.

Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. For further details please read our Returns Policy.

Please note, international orders are not returnable or refundable.

Returning your items

Whether exercising your legal right to cancel or returning a product under our returns policy, certain items cannot be returned, for example earrings, toiletries etc for hygiene reasons.

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item to one of our stores. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase at our store we cannot refund or exchange the goods.

Liability & Disclaimers

Except as may be implied by law where Pop & Moo is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us, the remedies of the customer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of Pop & Moo for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of us or that of the our agents or employees.

While Pop & Moo uses reasonable measures to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Pop & Moo will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

Further, Pop & Moo will not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website.

Pop & Moo will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; strikes; lock outs; accidents; war; fire; breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply; and the we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations.

Law & Territory

To the extent it is possible to exclude the application of other laws and regulations, these terms and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your statutory rights. This website and our terms have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.

Changes to T & C's

Pop & Moo shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the customer upon making a purchase.
